Knowing Me

Longtime resident of WNY (35+ years)

My dog, Lexie.

My personal motto in life is “to give back to the community.” Professionally, I am an Associate Broker of real estate in the Ellicottville, New York area. I volunteer for numerous functions, causes and activities in the Ellicottville area, serving my community over the past 16 years.  I continuously try to assist local families by delivering food and/or furniture to those in need.

I am a long-time contributor to various charities, such as American Red Cross, Salvation Army, Special Olympics, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Shea’s Performing Arts, Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Association, Make-A-Wish, Miracle Flight for Kids, St. Jude’s Childrens Research, March of Dimes, WNED, MADD, American Cancer Society, Muscular Dystrophy.

I pride myself professionally by knowing my market and offering quality service to my customers and clients, in order to meet their real estate needs.  When I am hired to represent a customer/client, I take that trust very seriously and I make sure that their interests are best represented at all times. The best compliment that I can receive from my colleagues, customers and clients is a referral.  More than fifty percent (50%) of my business comes from referrals and repeat customers.

I have also been featured in Business First for my recent, exciting sale of the Jefferson Inn in Ellicottville, New York.
