As a career Real Estate agent with 29+ years experience, I am a certified, and multiple award-winning, real estate specialist, who knows the business inside and out. I specialize in the marketing of single family homes, condos/townhouses, lots/land, multi family and investment properties, tax-deferred exchanges, commercial real estate and vacation properties in and around Ellicottville and the Southern Tier. Adding a personal touch to your experience and making it enjoyable rather than unpleasant is my goal.
My personal motto in life is “to give back to the community.” Professionally, I am a NYS Licensed Sales Associate of Real Estate. I volunteer for numerous functions, causes and activities in Ellicottville and surrounding areas of Western New York and the Southern Tier. I have been serving my community for over 29+ years. I continuously try to assist local families by delivering food and/or furniture to people in need.
I am a long-time contributor to various charities such as The American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Special Olympics, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Shea’s Performing Arts, Special Olympics, Make-A-Wish, Miracle Flight for Kids, St. Jude’s Childrens Research, WNED, Muscular Sclerosis, Hospice, Jerry’s Kids, Humane Society, Alzheimer's Association, National Federation of the Blind, ASPCA, Buffalo City Mission, Crohns and Colitis Foundation and HoliMont Phoenix Adaptive Ski Program.
When you hire me as your Realtor, I take that trust very seriously. Just like I protect my family, I make sure that your interests are best represented at all times. In my "spare" time, I enjoy reading, gardening, scrapbooking and traveling. My favorite activity is spending time with my husband Ron and our children- Amber, Derek, Rebekah, Autumn along with our dog Maggie and cats Ginger and Mystic. I am also blessed with two beautiful grandchildren that I love to spend time with. One of the greatest moments that my family shared was our trip to Oahu, Hawaii where we were blessed to have the company of many other family members and friends for our destination wedding.
"I can't write a billion-dollar check. But I can paint a fence, mentor a child, and maybe even endow a small scholarship. I am thinking with fresh energy about those and other things I can do - the responsibility I have - to change my corner of the world."
- Leonard Pitts
If you needed brain surgery, would you go to a specialist, a general practitioner, or would you do it yourself?
Of course, you'd choose a specialist. Think about the process of buying and selling homes in a similar manner. Without an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, process, and laws, money can be lost, opportunities missed and that perfect property for you and your family - gone. Don’t let this happen to you!
